You must have an account with us to use this service. If you have an account with Fidelity and would like to enroll, please complete the eBanking Enrollment Form provided here.
To complete the eBanking Enrollment Form,
please note the following:
· All fields noted with
an asterisk (*) must be completed.
· Enrollment Form input
is NOT case-sensitive.
· Your social security
number is 9 characters in length.
· Your date of birth
is 6 characters in length (format 00/00/00).
· If you want to enroll
in eBanking’s bill payment service at this time,
please flag “yes”. The account
number you submit for eBanking enrollment
will be the account debited for bill payments and
monthly fees associated with
eBanking’s bill payment service.
Once you have completed the eBanking Enrollment Form, click on the “Submit” button and your enrollment will be electronically forwarded to the bank for processing.
In a few days, you
will receive two letters from Fidelity Bank, one containing your "temporary"
Access ID, and one containing your "temporary" password. Your
temporary Access ID and temporary password will provide initial Sign-On
access to the eBanking system. You will be prompted to change your Access
ID and your password after the initial Sign-On. Please note your Sign-On
access IS case sensitive.
